COVID PROTOCOL
Changes to the Sanitary Pass do not affect the course of your stay or the services that may be associated with it. Thus, we will not be able to access a request for cancellation and refund or a request for postponement of stay.
Everything is implemented in our establishment to secure your stay.
- the rooms are disinfected by nebulizer between each client with a certified virucide and bactericide
- the common areas including the play area and the relaxation area are disinfected daily with a certified virucide and bactericide
- wearing a mask is compulsory in the establishment
- hydroalcoholic gel available at the hotel reception
- breakfast: buffet service with the wearing of a mask or possibility of taking a tray in the room
- restaurant: plate service to limit travel or possibility of taking a tray in your room
- the relaxation areas (hammam/jacuzzi/salt grotto/sauna/gym) will be limited in number depending on attendance and can be booked in 30-minute increments
- the pool area: number of bathers limited to 10 people
- the outdoor jacuzzi area: limited to 1 group of 4 people traveling together (family or group of friends)
- temperature control of our staff
SPECIAL COVID-19: FREE CANCELLATION
* in the event of national or regional confinement of your main place of residence or our village
or mileage restriction from your main place of residence
* in the event of a positive pcr test, we suggest postponing your stay to a later date
TERMS OF CANCELATION
For any cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- more than 8 days before the arrival date, the deposit is kept as a forfeit
- less than 8 days before the arrival date, the entire stay will be due and the hotelier will charge the total amount of the reservation
Please note that the closure of the ski area will not result in the payment of a cancellation free of charge by our services.
- in the event of confinement or government or European restrictions, the deposit will be refunded (management fee €10).

Under no circumstances can the amount representing the cancellation penalty be transferred to another stay.

ANIMALS
We accept pets (supplement 10€ per day per animal).
Animals (+ 5kg) are no longer allowed in restaurants.
Animals must be kept on a leash within the grounds of the establishment and in the garden.
Pet owners will be held responsible for any damage caused by pets.
In the event of annoying behavior, excessive barking, the animals cannot be left alone in the room.
The cleaning of the rooms is not carried out in the event of the presence of animals in the room.
POOL/SPA AREA
The pool/spa area is not supervised.
Children are admitted to the pool area in our outdoor chalet under the responsibility of an adult.
Access to the jacuzzi is prohibited for children under 12 years old
SPACE RELAXATION
Children under 12 are not allowed in the relaxation area (hammam, salt cave, jacuzzi, kneipp, sauna and gym)
ACCESS TO THE POOL AND RELAXATION AREA
Times are given for information only and are subject to change.
Facilities are available free of charge.
In the event of breakdown of the facilities, decommissioning or administrative closure, the hotelier will not be held responsible.
The hotelier will do his best to shorten the inconvenience but no compensation can be requested.
